Ingredients of Brownies Cookies

1. Prepare 100 gr of DCC.
2. It's 65 gr of butter.
3. Prepare 1 butir of telur.
4. You need 75 gr of gula halus.
5. Prepare 50 gr of gula aren.
6. You need 65 gr of tepung protein sedang (serbaguna).
7. It's 10 gr of coklat bubuk (me: vanhouten).
8. Prepare 1/2 sdt of baking powder.
9. Prepare of Sejerumput garam.

Brownies Cookies step by step

1. Lelehkan DCC & butter (bisa double boil atau microwave).
2. Campur gula halus, gula aren dan telur. Kemudian di kocok sampai larut (aku pake whisk).
3. Setelah larut masukan dcc&butter yg sudah cair.
4. Kemudian masukan terigu, coklat bubuk, baking powder, dan garam yg sudah diayak.
5. Taro 1sdm diloyang yg sudah dialasi baking paper, diberi jarak sekitar 5cm krn nanti akan melebar saat dipanggang.
6. Kemudian masukan ke oven yg sudah dipanaskan 180C selama 12menit, kalau mau agak kering bisa dipanggang lebih lama lagi...
